Old Fashioned Foods Inc is recalling Zesty Bean Dip and Jalapeno Bean Dip because of inadequate processing according to 21CFR114, acidified food regulations.

These are failures of the safety steps that keep food safe - cooking, pasteurising, keeping cold, sealing - even when no contaminant has yet been found. All processing & sanitation problems recalls.
