California Sun Dry Sun Dried Tomato Pesto recall

Recalled by California Sun Dry Foods · Danville, CA, United States

Class I — High risk. Reasonable probability of serious harm or death.

Why it was recalled

Firm employee noticed that incorrect back label was attached to Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto and therefore did not declare the allergens of almonds and milk..

The risk from an undeclared allergen is to people allergic to milk, tree nuts; for anyone else the product is generally not a safety concern.
