Bean & Cheddar with Salsa recall
Recalled by Green Chile Foods, Inc. · Las Cruces, NM, United States
Class I — High risk. Reasonable probability of serious harm or death.
Why it was recalled
Green Chile Concepts, LLC is voluntarily recalling certain Green Chile Food Company brand burritos sold frozen, refrigerated and/or served hot in certain convenience stores, vending machines, and retail locations because they may have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
Listeria monocytogenes can grow even in the fridge and is especially dangerous in pregnancy.
The most serious food recalls: a contaminated product can cause outbreaks, hospitalisations and deaths, especially for pregnant people, young children, older adults and anyone with a weakened immune system. All bacteria & viruses recalls.

If the brand, size and lot or date code on your package match, throw the product away or return it to the store for a refund, and clean any surface or container it touched. If anyone has eaten it and feels unwell, contact a doctor and mention the recall. FDA lists this recall as terminated: the company has finished removing the product, so it should no longer be on shelves - but it can still be in a freezer or pantry.
