The Blue Kentucky Rose cheese sold in the Nashville, TN, Whole Foods Market store was cut and packaged in clear plastic wrap. It was sold with a Whole Foods Market scale label reading "Blue Kentucky Rose Kenny's".

Quantity: 0 lbs - it was found that the TN store never received the recalled lots
