Why it was recalled

The firm was notified by the Florida Department of Agriculture that the products test positive for Listeria monoctyogenes.

Pathogen: Listeria

Listeria monocytogenes can grow even in the fridge and is especially dangerous in pregnancy.

The most serious food recalls: a contaminated product can cause outbreaks, hospitalisations and deaths, especially for pregnant people, young children, older adults and anyone with a weakened immune system. All bacteria & viruses recalls.
