Why it was recalled

Green Walnuts from a tree dropped into spinach as it was being tractored away from the harvested field. Walnuts were discovered on the Dole spinach processing line

These are failures of the safety steps that keep food safe - cooking, pasteurising, keeping cold, sealing - even when no contaminant has yet been found. All processing & sanitation problems recalls.
