Manufacturing Solutions International is recalling Cool Tropics Rips Slush, Blue Raspberry Flavored drinks with the listed BEST BY DATES because finished product laboratory results revealed spoilage type of bacteria and yeasts. The product was released prior to receiving the test results.

These are failures of the safety steps that keep food safe - cooking, pasteurising, keeping cold, sealing - even when no contaminant has yet been found. All processing & sanitation problems recalls.
