Recent tests show that the "Simply Enjoy Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookies", Use by date Nov 5 2014, contain undeclared Macademia Nuts which could run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if consumed by an individual with an allergy or severe sensitivity.
