El Original pa' ya To Go by hot pandeyuca brand Soft Bread Pan Alinado recall
Recalled by Hot Pandeyuca & Company Inc · Hialeah, FL, United States
Class II — Moderate risk. May cause temporary or reversible harm; serious harm unlikely.
Why it was recalled
During an FDA inspection, it was discovered that the label of several products failed to declare the components ingredients of a butter flavor that included allergens FD&C Yellow #5, FD&C Yellow #6 and FD&C Red #40.
For someone with a food allergy the label is the only protection. An undeclared allergen can trigger a severe reaction even in a trace amount, which is why most of these recalls are Class I. All undeclared allergens recalls.
