Why it was recalled

Pacific Giant is recalling all frozen (IQF) oyster meat and 1/2 shell oysters from South Korea because the products have been prepared, packed, or held under insanitary conditions whereby it may have become contaminated with filth, or whereby it may have been rendered injurious to health.

These are failures of the safety steps that keep food safe - cooking, pasteurising, keeping cold, sealing - even when no contaminant has yet been found. All processing & sanitation problems recalls.
