Why it was recalled

Firm was notified by supplier that Wheat germ product is contaminated with metal fragments, approximately 0.5mm in diameter and range 3-15mm in length.

Hard or sharp fragments can cut the mouth or throat, break teeth or cause choking. They usually come from equipment wear or packaging on the production line. All foreign material recalls.
