Bolthouse Farms is recalling 8 varieties of Protein Plus and Perfectly Protein drinks due to spoilage that may cause beverage to appear lumpy and have an unpleasant taste and odor.

These are failures of the safety steps that keep food safe - cooking, pasteurising, keeping cold, sealing - even when no contaminant has yet been found. All processing & sanitation problems recalls.
