HP Hood LLC received one complaint of a foreign object in sour cream product with APR 05 14 code. The object was subsequently identified to be part of a metal bolt from a filling machine.

Hard or sharp fragments can cut the mouth or throat, break teeth or cause choking. They usually come from equipment wear or packaging on the production line. All foreign material recalls.
