Why it was recalled

Intermittent damage to the plastic spouts during manufacturing of two varieties of Plum products on two product dates may cause plastic fragments to break loose and cause a potential choking hazard.

Hard or sharp fragments can cut the mouth or throat, break teeth or cause choking. They usually come from equipment wear or packaging on the production line. All foreign material recalls.

Quantity: 11,595 cases total, both varieties (12 x 3.5 oz pouches per cast)
