Why it was recalled

There is the potential for a limited quantity of bottles to contain foreign matter in the form of tiny pieces of wire metal fragments.

Hard or sharp fragments can cut the mouth or throat, break teeth or cause choking. They usually come from equipment wear or packaging on the production line. All foreign material recalls.
