Why it was recalled
Crystal Geyser became aware of a potential safety issue for sparkling water produced from January 31 - February 1, 2017 as a piece of orange plastic from the filler tube was discovered to be missing.
Hard or sharp fragments can cut the mouth or throat, break teeth or cause choking. They usually come from equipment wear or packaging on the production line. All foreign material recalls.
