Why it was recalled

Mann Packing was notified by a customer that the incorrect bottom label is on their Organic Veggie Tray with Best By date of January 14, 2017 and does not declare the allergens of egg, milk, soy and mustard.

Correct UPC: 716519014765 Incorrect Allergen Statement: Egg. Milk Correct Allergen Statement, Egg, Milk, Soy and Mustard.
