Why it was recalled

During an inspection by the Ohio Department of Agriculture, the firm was notified of numerous metal fragments in the salt hopper.

Hard or sharp fragments can cut the mouth or throat, break teeth or cause choking. They usually come from equipment wear or packaging on the production line. All foreign material recalls.
