Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Swiss Chocolate recall
Recalled by Pinnacle Foods, LLC · Parsippany, NJ, United States
Class II — Moderate risk. May cause temporary or reversible harm; serious harm unlikely.
Why it was recalled
A natural flavoring containing a milk ingredient was inadvertently used to manufacture the Duncan Hines Signature Swiss Chocolate Cake Mix, 16.5 oz. cartons and the Duncan Hines Swiss Moist Deluxe Swiss Chocolate (Chocolate Suizo) 16.5 oz. cartons. The incorrect labeling was used on this product declaring that these products were a NON-milk containing product.
A label that does not match the product can hide an ingredient someone must avoid, or show a wrong use-by date. All labeling errors recalls.

Check the codes, then return or discard. Class II means eating it may cause temporary or reversible health problems. If your package matches the recalled codes, do not eat it - return it to the store or throw it away. FDA lists this recall as terminated: the company has finished removing the product, so it should no longer be on shelves - but it can still be in a freezer or pantry.
