LYFE Kitchen Sweet Corn Chowder with Cashew Cream recall

Recalled by LYFE Kitchen Retail, Inc. · Richmond, British Columbia, Canada

Class II — Moderate risk. May cause temporary or reversible harm; serious harm unlikely.

Why it was recalled

Costco notified firm that some containers of their LYFE Kitchen Sweet Corn Chowder were packaged in a sleeve labeled Orange Carrot Ginger Soup. Individual boxes of the corn chowder are properly labeled and product identity is visible to the consumer.

A label that does not match the product can hide an ingredient someone must avoid, or show a wrong use-by date. All labeling errors recalls.
