Why it was recalled
Koda Farms received a report from a customer that a hard yellow material was found in rice flour dough that had been manufactured using rice flour supplied by Koda Farms. The rice flour is believed to be the source of the foreign object.
Hard or sharp fragments can cut the mouth or throat, break teeth or cause choking. They usually come from equipment wear or packaging on the production line. All foreign material recalls.
