Customer reported finding small metal piece similar to a BB on the outside of the bread before baking

Sourdough French: Product number 2044; SKU 61659799; GTIN [00046567600932] ; UPC 831 49000044 20 pieces; Ingredients: Unbleached Wheat Flour, Water, Sea Salt, Starter (Fermented dough). Best Practices: 1. Keep Bread frozen at all times 2. Pull bread out of freezer 3. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F 4. Bake 12-15 minutes with no steam.
