Nutricrafters MCT - Instant coconut milk mixer; 1 lb. (454 grams) Ingredients: Medium chain triglycerides, tapioca starch. Allergy information : contains oils from tree nuts (coconut) Suggested use: Stir into drinks or spoon over foods. Start with 1 teaspoon, preferably with meals. Slowly increase amount over several days as body adjusts to burning fot or energy. Taking too much, especially on a empty stomach, can result is stomachache or diarrhea.
