Why it was recalled

Small round fragments of plastic, the size of a dime, were found in the plastic bag during packaging. They had been left in the bag by the package manufacturer.

Hard or sharp fragments can cut the mouth or throat, break teeth or cause choking. They usually come from equipment wear or packaging on the production line. All foreign material recalls.
