Class III: unlikely to cause harm but violates FDA rules. - Status Ongoing means FDA has not closed the recall; Completed/Terminated means removal is finished. Some old recalls were never formally closed. - A recall applies only to the brands, sizes and lot/date codes or UPCs it lists; each recall page shows them. ## Data - Source: openFDA food enforcement endpoint (https://open.fda.gov/apis/food/enforcement/), public domain. - FDA publishes the enforcement report weekly; records usually appear days to weeks after a company announces a recall.
